Until we are able to have a Church Magazine again, Raymond has offered to compile a small 4-page Newsletter, probably bi-monthly, depending upon the material made available to him. He has suggested the name: The Cheapstreeter
The objective of the newsletter (which will supplement our weekly Pewsheet) is to keep everyone in the Church Family in touch, informed and, hopefully, involved. It is YOUR newsletter and, although Raymond and one or two others will do what we can to make it interesting, your input will be the essence of the newsletter. So, start sending items to Raymond NOW – and keep them flowing in! It is up to YOU!
First Saturday of the month from 10.30am to 12.00 noon.
A Fun session for Children from Playgroup to Primary age.
Crafts, Stories, Singing & Chatting, and Toast & Drinks

At the last Church Meeting, Janet Le Moignan and Jan Palmer were appointed as Church Councillors. We are grateful to them for offering to do this very important work.
At the meeting, big thanks were expressed to the retiring Councillors, Tony Cole, Alison Berry and Lynn Heaton for all that they did for us.

At our recent Church Meeting, we heard from Mr. Guy Brier-Edney, Master of Lyon House at the Boy's School about their work in helping to build a school in Zambia. It was wonderfully moving. We were all greatly impressed and full of admiration. It was decided that Cheap Street Church would give its support to the project.
